I somehow hide the horizontal time line on the chart. See SS. How do I add it back?

this is what I have that page set it. It looks okay but I still cant see that bar. Maybe I changed the color of it to black accidentally? Because I did change colors of things a lot. Can you direct me where to change the color of the horizontal axis? That way I can see if that's the issue |

It is not the color, as the horizontal scale uses the General Text color, and since the rest of your text is white, this is not the problem. It looks like your windows are somehow cut off at the bottom. That they are not fully displaying the chart information. Change the size of the chart, or maximize it and see if you have your scale and then adjust from there. There is no offhand reason for why this would occur.
