Hello, I am unable to connect to Rithmic. It was a problem on their side but this morning I'm able to connect on other platform but not Sierra. -I've updated to the new version -I have validated the firewall authorization. Hello, Is there any news regarding access to Rithmic data as I am still unable to connect to my Topstep account data to trade on Sierra. I've done the ticket procedures mentioned in the message and uploaded the .json file but it still doesn't seem to work, no connection. Thank you ! |

You need to wait for Rithmic to fix this. In the meantime, to access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions. Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services". Press "OK" And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service) You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.
