Cannot connect to Rithmic Server

I was trading Thursday and everything was fine, but today Sierrachart is unable to connect to the Rithmic server (for both Apex and Bulenox). As shown in the pic, the list of rithmic servers doesn't show either when pressed. Help is appreciated! Edit: Not from Nevada (from Toronto), but I used the connectivity issue solution suggested in the other thread, but it did not work. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-07-16 18:02:51
