Hi,

It's been 2 days from my latest platform update (about) that my SC has began some problem with velocity, delayed CME data today just right now came to shots and not fluently like before, but also if I want drag my charts from one monitor to another I see the pointer moving and window follow after it; I really don't know why.

I premise that:

- I tryied to uninstall antivirus just in case
- I tryied to distribute my charts over 3 instances thinking would be better
- I closed some indicator
- monitor pc performance nothing shows wrong: cpu 22% average and 10% memory ram used
- problem with only SC and not other heavy application like photoshop or similar

Do you have some suggestion please?

My pc have some years but I don't understand why 10 days ago was fluently and now seems so critical loads.

It's a PC Intel i7 7700K, 64 GbRam, Nvidia 3gb Ge force video. Connection 1gb fiber cable.
6 charts opened with about 6 studies for each, seems not much really.

Many thanks

The only information we have for something like this is what is here:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often

Ok thanks I see, even if seems that more thread you have, less part of cpu in percentage SC can use, and this is counterintuitive. I will try some adjustement. Thanks
