read on a previous post that SC stopped supporting Lmax for FX....then i came across this page: LMAX Trading Service so ...is Lmax + SC still available or not? can i recieve Lmax data feed in the U.S ? since SC support page for Lmax is short compared to SC+IBKR....is Lmax+SC more robust with less issues than sc+ibkr? thx Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-07-11 09:53:33

i am intereted in FX trading ....not interested in paying 300$/month for Lmax FX data. SC documentation states : "Sierra Chart uses a connection model for the LMAX Exchange where there are no monthly fees from LMAX Exchange..." and "It is not recommended to use the direct LMAX FIX connection that Sierra Chart also supports. This does not support what is described in the above paragraph and has a 300 USD/month fee from LMAX" i assume this is still valid ?...if yes....what account type/setup do we ask Lmax for to enable this ?

I checked with LMAX...getting the account is not a problem.....their liquidity and spreads are ! it would be great if SC would create hooks to MT4/MT5/ctrader...etc. This would open up alot more options to forex traders and bring in many users to SC.
