Issue with Chart Interval

Hi,
I have a friend who is a long time client of Sierra. He sent me a template for a chart that uses 2585 Price Changes as the bar interval. When I installed it, it doesn't install correctly (one issue) but the bigger issue is his 2584 chart (see attached) basically encompasses today's price action only with that interval - but mine with the same setting covers 3 or 4 DAYS with only 15 or so bars per day (see attached example) using the same symbol (MNQ). I have had this issue with other templates he sent that do load correctly but the interval, even when the same, is totally wrong. What should I check and do to fix this? I already tried deleting chart and then using the same analysis template again, but it does the same thing. I also had him resend a new template with the same settings. Same issues.

Thank you.

Start by resetting the scales and then see how things look. Refer to the following:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Resetting the Scale

If resetting the scales does not show more information, then make sure the scale is set to "Automatic". If it is not, then please change to Automatic and then reset the scales. Refer to the following:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Automatic (Scale Range)

From Customer:
I tried all those and it does not change the number of bars each day at all. It's the time axis that is not correct (ie, number of bars, volume, price changes, etc). I am using the same settings (template) as he is and also the same data feed. I included 2 more examples hoping they help. Thank you.

Those charts do not look all that different. There is simply something different in the way your charts are setup. The most likely item is the "New Bar at Session Start". Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: New Bar at Session Start (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> Intraday Chart Session Times menu)

But it could be any number of chart settings, or settings within the Heikin-Ashi study that are different. You would need to go through the various settings and see what is different between them.
