Hello, despite several attempts the gap is still present on my chart, I've tried to reload etc.

You are getting your data from Rithmic. Rithmic has a lack of historical data, so most likely you are not going to get the data to fill in with them. But, you can try following these instructions to see if it will help (do NOT use the option for deleting all data):
