Candlestick Bars on Chart Not Accurate

Hello, I've noticed that the candlestick bars on my chart are not completely accurate. I currently have service package 11 with Denali Data Feed and I trade the S@P500 emini. Today I compared my chart with some other charts from other platforms and I noticed that my data is not accurate. I've attached a file where you can see my Sierra Chart on the left with a chart from another platform on the right and you can see lots of differences.
Do I need to adjust my settings or is there anything else I can do to fix this? Thank you.

OK, then let's disregard the image.

I'm getting inaccurate data on my charts. Any idea what can be causing this? Is there any thing I can do to fix this?

I'm paying to use Sierra Charts and receiving inaccurate data makes it very difficult to trade.

Yes we need to see an image of the chart according to our specifications so that we can understand many of the parameters of the chart. We do not have any information about it.
