Any issue with the Binance BTC data feed, it stopped working last night here, is it working normally there? All other crypto data working normally, only BTC does not move.

Correct the binance feed for BTCPEPEUSDT has stopped at 530AM for me as well and has not resumed for about 12 hours. anyone else have this problem? |

To upload the screenshot is streamllined but complicated and, last minute, I dont have time to figure out how to upload. Hopefully support can fix this. If not I will take time out tomorrow ti figure out the instruction set and upload. Then the binance feed might be fixed. If not ill make a phone call and hopefully get this solved

I've been using this symbol: BTCUSDT-BINANCE for years, that's the first time it stops. USDTBRL-BINANCE and BTCBRL-BINANCE have also stopped working. Thank you. |

BTCPEPEUSDT is not a valid Binance symbol for Sierra Chart. We do see that there was a problem with some symbols from Binance - such as PEPEUSDT-BINANCE and BTCUSDT-BINANCE. These symbols are now getting the real-time data again, but there is missing historical data from when the data was not flowing. We will have to look into whether this can be filled in. Hello again, The Binance feed for PEPEUSDT and 1000PEPEUSDT has stopped working again at noon on September 11th, 2024, incidentally at a real volatile moment. Would it be possible to patch the historical data again? I decided to try to manually download the missing data from Binance in the meantime, and noticed that the Volume data is incorrect and has been incorrect since the beggining. It might be a mapping issue of some sort I have attached the xls file which compared the Binance download versus the SC Write too Data file Interestingly the Trade Count is correct on both files, buy the volume is way off and I can find no correlation whatsoever. I think the whole data set might have to be fixed or remapped |

I confirm I have the same problem here on both linux and windows. BTCUSDT_PERP_BINANCE feed stopped working for me at 2024-09-11 12:38 UTC. (no more bars after that) BTCUSD_PERP_BINANCE feed is not impacted though |

We have reset the connection to Binance from the affected process. Binance is an unreliable data feed. The issue was clearly on the Binance side. Not the Sierra Chart side at all. The missing historical data is being downloaded. Thank you so much for that. I did the Delete Data and it completed some of the missing data, however. PEPEUSDT-BINANCE[M] 1000PEPEUSDT-BINANCE[M] Is still not feeding as at 12:30 on Sep 11, 2024. Could you reset this as well. Secondly, just going back to the Volume figures for PEPEUSDT-BINANCE[M] they are actually incorrect, I think you are pulling the Volume Data from another field on the Binance API and something else is coming out. I am trying to attach an excel sheet examination of the actual Binance volume versus what Sierra is downloading, you can see the massive non-correlation. Incidentally, I have tried downloading the PEPEUSDT data from the two other crypto providers as an alternative and nothing actually loads. You should be receiving the data now. There is going to be a delay after we reestablish the connection to Binance because it takes time to download the missing data and the updating on the user's side does not begin until that is done. The volume data for Binance is always going to be incorrect. Do not rely on it and we are not going to spend any time looking at this. The volume data for crypto currencies from Binance, are in a fractional format and they are all multiplied by 10000. Any digits to the right of the decimal place which continue to exist are dropped. We are checking this PEPEUSDT-BINANCE. We apologize we overlooked that. Update this was resolved earlier. Interesting we always have a problem with receiving Binance data in Germany. Never any issue in New Zealand. Why does Binance have problem delivering data to Germany. The problem that keeps occurring always happens with reception of data in Germany where data for random symbols, just stops even though the connection is intact . I can change my IP to Toronto or New York, if Germany is becoming problematic. I feel really badly, I don't want to be bothering your team so much, but I actually use Sierra for this specific symbol using TPO. So I am kind of stuck now, trying to compile the data from other sources |
