Hi, I have chart specific Graphic settings that I have setup on one of the charts. Now, I want to copy it to the Global Settings and save and re apply to the remaining charts. How do I do that? There is this 'Copy to Global' in Graphic Settings - Chart at the bottom - no idea how it works. Does not seem to work unless I am doing something wrong. I click it then .....where does it go? It does not even ask how I want to name / save this setting under Global. Or where does it get saved? How do I reapply it to other charts. Any documents related to how Copy to Global works? I don't think it works. I followed the step. Then opened another chart and Copied From Global - colors all are the same but Price Scale went white in color - cant see any prices on vertical axis. Chart itself is white background and when prices turn white - cant see anything. Where does Vertical Axis price color is controlled from. Confusing...Thank u help

As the documentation states, when you select "Copy To Global" it copies the Chart specific colors to the active Global settings. It does not do anything in terms of "Saving" the settings, it just changes the currently active global settings to be the same as that chart. Then, you can go to another chart and use the "Copy From Global" to copy the global settings to that Chart's Graphics Settings. You need to deselect the option for "Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings" in order see those chart specific graphics settings if you change the Global Graphics settings. The Vertical Axis coloring is controlled in two places, depending on whether you have the Chart Trade On or not. Refer to the following: Graphics Settings: Chart Values Scale Text Color Customizing Fonts, Colors, Line Styles, and Widths for Chart Trading, Chart DOM, and Trade DOM: Chart DOM Values Scale Text For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
