Hello,

Ive got a question and I cant seem to understand how to set this up according to your documentations.

Im trading Apex Trader Funding accounts via Rithmic. There are always issues with the data (I need to download, redownload, and so on).

So I created an Iron Beam account via Edge Clear and its already activated.

Now I paid for the Denali Data Feed on Sierra. But I see I can also use the Teton Data Feed without the Denali Data Feed?

Anyways, I opened Sierra platform, logged in to "SC Data - All Services", downloaded and translated the MES and MNQ symbols to have all historical data for those symbols.

How do I now log in back to the Apex account via Rithmic? Once I changed the "Current Selected Service" to "Rithmic Direct" the symbols lost the historical data even thoudh I have "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to "Yes".

Could you please help me out here on how to set this up?

Also can I use either Teton or Denali or do I need to use both at the same time?

Was this for the purpose of authorizing the CME data at nonprofessional rates?

We do not say what the minimum balance actually is. As of this moment you are not authorized for CME data, at the nonprofessional rates through the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Regarding your questions, you are not following the right procedure. It is extremely easy. You do not have to do what you did. Refer to:

What minimum balance? And when will I be authorized for CME data?

My Iron Beam account is active for a while, I didnt deposit the 100$ there yet, but its already active and I can sign into it.

Also I went through this link:

But once I switch back to the Rithmic account the [M] dissapears.

Can you please advice what to do?

We do not know what the minimum balance is. Check with your broker.

And make sure, you get accurate information on that.

If there is no balance at all this is why you are not authorized for CME real-time or historical data through the Denali Data Feed. So this is the reason for the problem.
