disappearing SL/TP orders

Yesterday I had positions on SI along with SL and TP and today I wake up and I don't have SL and TP. This isn't the first time this has happened. It's very dangerous. Why is this happening. Im using Teton Order Routing. |

What is the "Time in Force" set to for your Attached Orders?
