Denali/Rithmic not all charts have an [M]

Helping a friend. Subscribed to Denali. Logged into SC of course. Data/Trade Service connected to Rithmic. Not all charts have the [M] for Denali data. My understanding is you get Denali by default if you are subscribed to it and Allow SC Data Feeds is set to yes. Any idea why only some charts show the [M] and not all? Thanks!

You have the concept correct. The first thing to keep in mind is that in a Sub-Instance the [M] will not be present. This is because a Sub-Instance does not get the data directly from the data feed, but rather gets it from the Main Instance. The next thing to check are the particular symbols for which the [M] is not showing. Does the person have the data for the exchange on which that symbol is traded active? It would be best if your friend posted directly so we can see their account and see what exchange they have active.
