hello i connect my account on sierra chart and it says forevver downloading historical data and it doesnt update my chart. what can i do? M |

You are not setup to get any real-time data from us, therefore you are getting your data from Rithmic. Rithmic has a lack of historical data, so we only recommend trying to load the last few days of data.
