Hello, I have noticed that the volume profiles of the 1m and 5m are slightly different. I can't show it right now because the anomaly is "normal" again but just now it happened again that the VPO was at a completely different price. Do I have to set anything specific so that the volume profile uses tick data? I have made you a screenshot where you can see this based on yesterday. The VPOC is not the same there either. But the settings are the same for both windows Translated with DeepL.com (free version) |

In the 5 minute chart I have set "ticks pre row" to 4 and in the 1 minute chart to 1. I can see that if both are set to 1 then the VPOC is the same. But that can't be the solution because otherwise my chart is very laggy if I have the volume profile at 1 tick in the 5 minute chart (and I have a very powerful PC that shouldn't really have any problems with that). |

The "Ticks per Volume Bar" will affect the location of the Point of Control, as you are consolidating a set of prices into a single price, so the displayed value can be different between these situations. Refer to the following: Volume By Price Study: Ticks Per Volume Bar For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Another other setting you can check is: Chart Settings; Data Limiting; Days to load for intraday chart type = nn Try setting nn to the same value for both charts |
