usage time issue

I purchased package 2 for $9 back on august 10th to utilize a new broker demo account but the usage time has been cut short and as of today when I start SC I receive the message that I have 0 days left even though it has only been 2 weeks? I am also wanting to upgrade to package 3/$27 and not sure how that will work if I try to upgrade with my current payment issue? Appreciate the help.

We see you made a payment for package 2 on 2014-08-10 and that same day the package was changed from 2 to 1:
2014-08-10 19:53:18   Package changed from 2 to 1.

Package 2 does not work with any service other than Bitcoin services. This is why the package needed to be changed.

Since package 2 has lower price than the others, this reduced the amount of usage time that you had paid for.

You can pay for package 3 at this time. There will be no problem with this.
