What is the symbol of the chart? And what exactly is wrong with the data? We do not know what studies you are using and cannot determine the problem because we do not know the open, high, low, close, and volume values for each bar. You can determine those with the Chart Values tool for each bar: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_Tools.html#ChartValues Let us know what the problem with the data is. You are in a better position to identify the data problem than us. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. We still do not understand the problem. Sounds like it is a problem with the custom study you are using. The data in the chart looks fine. Another thing you can do is select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate. If that clears the problem with the study, then the underlying chart data is fine. What we need you to do is open a new chart for one of the symbols you are having difficulty with. Add only the "Volume" and "Bid Volume versus Ask Volume" studies to the chart. We need to be able to see the top line of the chart that contains the symbol. When you have a problem, post an image of the chart by following these instructions : https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image Use no other method to provide an image of the chart.
