APEX Rithmic + Historical Order Fills

Hi, I am using Sierra Chart connected to Apex Rithmic Accounts. Sometimes I trade on different computers. How do I get the historical order fills from Rithmic on the other computer? For example if Day 1 I trade on PC1 and Day 2 I trade on PC2, then when I go on either PC, its missing the data for the day I didn't use it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |

If you are not automatically getting the order fills, then they are not available. Typically services do not hold on to that information for very long, therefore when you connect from another computer, it simply is not there anymore. The one thing you could do would be to copy the "Trade Activity Logs" from that day and account between computers. The files are stored in a folder named 'TradeActivityLogs' under your main Sierra Chart installation folder. Each file has a date and account in the filename, so you can determine which files you need from this information. Thanks John. Do you recommend having a software to sync the TradeActivityFolder across computers? I know SC doesn't recommended sharing the Data Folder, but is it fine to share the TradeActivityFolder?

The Trade Activity Logs are going to have the same issues as any other data file. If Sierra Chart is running, then there is always a possibility of data being read or written to the file at the time that it is being copied, which could create an issue. Therefore, we only recommend moving the Trade Activity Log files when Sierra Chart is not running on either computer.
