Hello, I have a problem with the display of values in the time and sales windows. As you can see in the screenshot, I set "Yes" to "Combine Trades Into Original Summary trade" of all the charts on which I opened a time and sales window and set filters of 6 on the NQ and 25 on the ES with the same combination option. And the problem is that I have prints in the window that do not match the filter settings, you can see 1s on the NQ and 1s, 2s or 4s on the ES when it shouldn't be there be. Can you tell me where the problem could come from? |

With the configuration you are using with the Time and Sales window you can still see trades, that are smaller, than the specified quantity. We will write documentation about this. The reasons for it, are complex and has to do with how the exchange sends data and it is outside the scope of our support to say more. Thanks for the feedback, but it doesn't really help me... how can I make these values (1, 2, 4) disappear, what settings should I put since you tell me that my be settings are not good?

It is not a matter of your settings. It is just that there are complex situations where some of those numbers are going to occur when you are trying to filter them.
