We assume you are referencing notifications from alerts.

We do not have support for notifications via email due to delivery issues with email. Refer to the following for how to get notifications either through our web-enabled chat option or through Telegram:

How can one check their support-board response/notification settings?

With regards to the Support Board controls, they are accessed by selecting the option for "Control Panel" at the top of the Support Board page, just below the Banner that states "Support Board".

Thank you. There is probably something messed up in my Sierra Chart settings.

The notification option in the control panel has been checked for years yet I have not received a support board notification for over a year.

They are not in my email spam or trash folder.

Please let me know how to fix this.

Most likely then the notifications are being filtered out by your Internet Provider. You recommend checking with them on this.

The only impact I am seeing is from Sierra Chart support board follow-up notifications. I checked my internet provider, they do not filter my email. Where else can I check?

The only other thing we can think of is to check your email address that is set in our system. You can view/update that address at the following link:

If that is not the issue, then we have no idea what else to check. We are not getting any other reports of a problem with this.
