Whenever I attempt to open it, nothing really happens. I select the icon and click it and then slowly, very slowly it starts the process of opening up but eventually just freezes. I have checked everything on my side that I can check without calling my tech support. This seems to be an SC issue. Is it?

We really need more information on exactly what you are seeing when Sierra Chart starts and everything is open. When you say it "Freezes" are you not able to interact at all? For instance, if you select a Menu option, does it open and show you the selections, or does it not do anything? If you can get us an image of what you are seeing with your main window that freezes, this could be helpful.
