When I start Sierra, the Region 1 row of my Trade DOMs are hidden, please see first image where you can just see the bottom edge of a blue clock study on the second DOM. The rest is "hidden". If I simply click on the border of a DOM window frame and activate the resize double arrow cursor, then the hidden content appears (see second image - region 1 in the first DOM is now visible, and the clock study is the second DOM is visible. Note the cursor top right of second DOM). I do not actually have to resize at all.

How can I ensure that the region 1 row is displayed when I start Sierra Chart?

Looks like an operating system issue. We would recommend enabling the Title bars on those charts.

There are going to be so many associated issues, when title bars are removed. All of this is simply the fault of the operating system. You have to accept the consequences, of removing title bars.
