Automated Trading Using Spreadsheet is not working in real account

I've enabled all I can using as written in this link Enabling and Disabling Automated Trading And also checked on the spreadsheet the in J28 that it's also enabled, and still the auto trading is not working with real account, not simulated. |

What exactly is occurring? actually its very simple, when I'm on simulation mode, when there's a signal to enter a trade, it enters a trade. when I switch to real account, also I see in the spreadsheet, that it works from this account, on line I92, there's a signal to enter the trade, I can see the signal also on the chart, and nothing happens. and from that reason the trade activity log is not relevant. after I switched again to simulation mode, every entry signal, it entered a trade automatically. |

In the "Spreadsheet System for Trading" and in all of the other Automated Trading systems we have in the system, there is an Input for "Send Orders to Trade Service". This is an additional safety item to make sure you are sending orders where you want. If this is set to "No" (which is the situation you have) then it will only process orders in Simulation Mode. You need to change this to "Yes" in order to get the trades to go to your live account (and be sure to switch it to "No" when you want to use the system in Simulation Mode.
