hello! I have two questions for support!
The first question.
With the same time setting in the Global Settings, the charts on different Instances show different times! How can this be fixed? look at the drawings 1 and 2.
The second question.
The custom indicator file is not working for me. An indicator with an extension .dll is located in the Data folder. The indicator was working on another computer. What should be done? Look at the drawing.

We are not understanding your first question about the times. The images you supplied are from two different times. So we are not sure what we are supposed to be looking for in this case.

Let me repeat my question to you in a different way!
The time on the computer shows 20:40. The Global Settings are set to the same time.
In the first picture, Qwestion to SH1, the computer time and the Chart time are synchronized. In the second picture, the time of the computer and the Chart are different. The time on the Chart is an hour longer! 21:40!

You must have the "Time Zone" for that one chart not set to use the "Global Time Zone". Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Time Zone (List) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times menu)
