I have followed what is suggested in other threads on this topic and have done:
Edit >> Delete All Data and Download on all charts (intraday and daily) that I'm using for the symbol. I also disconnected and reconnected the data feed (using denali).

I noticed after restarting 1 of the sharts was showing the correct price. But then I did another delete all data and it went back to being wrong. I'm not sure if it's because the historical data it's pulling is still pre split.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

"2024-06-10 09:46:44.935 | NVDA[M] 30 Min #1 Record has been filtered due to large range while loading Intraday data for NVDA *"

I see this in the log. Maybe this is the issue?

We are not seeing any issue with the data for NVDA. The data for today shows pricing around 120. Whereas the pricing for data prior to today (June 10, 2024) shows pricing around 1200.

The error you point out is not specific to a problem with the data, but references a single record that shows some odd data and therefore was removed. This is not related the any problem you may be having.

If you are still having an issue, then please get us an image of your chart so we can see what is happening. Follow these instructions to get us an image:

intraday charts not updating or showing split. Daily chart (grey to the left not showing split).

There is a 1 min chart on the far right which is the only one showing the split price and updating. But if I reload that chart it stops working.

keep in mind that the new data will be a price of around 120 and the old data will be at 1200. This means that there will be a discontinuity in the data starting at the transition to today (May 10, 2024).

You need to look at how you have your charts displayed and ensure that the dates you are looking at have the correct scaling to show the data properly, and that your charts are fully scrolled to the right to show the current data.

Also, if you open a new chart for NVDA, does it display correctly?

The chart image at post #4, does not meet our specifications. It is total information overload and disregarded.

Our recommendation is to use fixed timeframe chart bars like 1 minute. Split adjustments do not occur until 9 PM tonight.

Also this cannot be true:
There is a 1 min chart on the far right which is the only one showing the split price and updating. But if I reload that chart it stops working.

It would have to continue to be updating. Maybe you are just not noticing it. Only load the current day of data . You can do this through Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting.

I cannot reproduce it now that the split adjustment occurred. But initially the 1min chart showed the split (probably because it did not initially load much historical data). I pressed "ins" button, the cart reloaded and the showed pre-split price and was not updating. This happened.

As I mentioned in the other thread I think it would be great to have a more seemless solution to stock splits prior to 9p the day of the split. (can you pls correct NVDA - stock split | Post: 385165)

Thanks
