on the chart trader I am -1.
on the activity log I am -2

trade position shows the correct (-1)

I am attaching the activity log from today (starting 00:00)
when set the activity log to filter from the start of the month, i get 4 open positions.
screenshots attached

also, the entry/exit on the chart (the small triangles) are opposite.
will appreciate your advice
thanks

I have read the link you provided
carefully, and it says what to do if "If the Trade Position is currently flat for the Symbol and Trade Account, then enter the current Date-Time."
but my situation, as you can see from the attached is different. The chart shows -2 and the chart stats show +3

so I moved to step 11 and if I change the order fill start date to today then it is aligned and ok

when I added the "start time for the trade list" to 18:00 and "order fills start time" as well to 18:00 (est tz) then it flattened my position and bot is 0 but when i open the trade list i still see 5 open positions

can it be b/c it is a sub-instance? and I have the same simulated accounts in both the parent instance and sub instance?

We apologize for the delay. We do not need all of this information. Sometimes you just need to set the starting date-time for the trades list manually. Here is the documentation for that:
Trade Activity Log: Understanding and Setting the Start Date-Time for a Trades List

This needs to be set the same for both the chart and the Trade Activity Log.

If there is any missing Trade Activity in the sub instance, you can follow the instructions here to download it:
Trade Activity Log: Automatically Inserting Missing Order Fills

Do this first in the the main instance, if there is any missing data there and then in the sub instance.
