You will also need an exchange option that includes the "Market Depth" data. Right now, you have the following exchange activated which does not include any market depth data: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts You can make changes to your selected exchanges at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, they are not pro-rated and they did not give refunds. Therefore, if you activate an exchange today, you will pay the full amount for the current month and then pay again on the first day of the following month. And any exchange that you "Deactivate" is really only set to not renew the following month - you will still get that data through the end of the current month.
