simulation feed and FDAX futures

I am using the simulation feed and when simulating on FDAX (unlike when simulating NQ/ES) I get very weird fills I attach a screenshot of Fdax futures Flex Renko bar/200 volume bar and I am getting the execution away of the bar - meaning I get a price fill that I don't see in the chart. or I get fills that are not related to the current chart is this a known issue? thanks |

You are not setup to get real-time data for EUREX, therefore you are getting delayed streaming data. When you are using the Trading Evaluator for EUREX, are you connecting to the delayed version (i.e. Trading Evaluator - Delayed)? it is a sub-instance of the "trading evaluator [trading]" I thought the Denali feed had real-time eurex. if not, how do I add it? even if I am on a delayed feed, I would expect to get a fill where the delay is when the order is sent and not outside of the bar. |

You do have to activate the EUREX exchange fee. Yes. There are two options for our Simulated Futures Trading Service. One is the standard "Trading Evaluator" which only works with the real-time data. The other is the "Trading Evaluator - Delayed" which works with our delayed streaming data. So if you are using Delayed Streaming data but connecting to the real-time trading evaluator, then your orders will be filled based on the real-time data, which will be different from what you are seeing in your chart at that time. Sub-instances, started with "File >> New Instance" are tied to the Main Instance from which they are started. So whatever the main instance is set to is what the sub-instances will use. If you want to have a separate Sierra Chart that is connected to the "Trading Evaluator - Delayed" then you would need to have a separate installation of Sierra Chart. As long as you do this on the same computer, then there are no extra costs. There is not a way to copy built-in simulation accounts between systems. If you are using the "Simulated Futures Trading Service", then you do not need to do anything like this, as the account information is held on the servers, so it is accessible to all installations. Our apologies for the confusion. A trading account setup for the "Trading Evaluator" will NOT be visible with the "Trading Evaluator - Delayed" and vice versa. These are two separate systems. When we were stating that you could access the information between systems, we were not thinking of this particular aspect. If you want to have some accounts with the "Trading Evaluator" and some with the "Trading Evaluator - Delayed", then yes, you will have to create separate accounts for each of these services. The accounts are not shared between them.
