When I open SC at say 9:28, I can only see the data from then and forward because i’m thru interactive brokers. How do I see the previous data to complete the footprint chart? say 9:00 and on for example. thanks

You can try to download the missing data by following these instructions: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart And check the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download Limit" and make sure it is not set to a number like 0 or 1. The default is 7. But you may not get the data. In which case, the only solution would be to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data rather than Interactive Brokers.
