The error is stating that you are trying to Flatten a position, but there is not an open position to flatten. But, there are working orders on the chart that will be closed nonetheless. If you do not have an open position and you just want to remove any working orders (limit, stop, etc.) then you do not need to "Flatten", you just need to Cancel. On the Trade Window you will see buttons for "Flatten" an "Cancel All" that relate to these.
