Hi, I've upgraded from Level 1 back to Level 2 data with SP11. I still do not see the market depth/10 price levels reflected in the DOM chart yet? How long will it take the system to update? It's been almost an hour already. Thanks. Rgds., |

The change would be immediate. Just in case, select "File >> Reconnect". If you continue to have an issue, then what is one symbol for which you are having a problem?
