[Locked] - Connection issues to Rithmic and CQG

Users have been experiencing connection issues Since Monday with Rithmic and CQG. Each for different reasons. For Rithmic: This issue has to do with Rithmic connection related data which comes from Rithmic. The remote server address is missing.
First thing we want you to do is to update Sierra Chart following these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update And then check that the correct Rithmic Server is selected in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Server. If you are receiving a "Permission Denied" error, when connecting to Rithmic, then refer to: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure For CQG they reported: CQG Web API log in issues CQG Web API customers are experiencing issues trying to log in. This affects also CQG Desktop users. The issue is limited to CQG Web API. The users who are logged in are not affected. We are actively investigating the issue and will provide further updates. For this, there is nothing we can do to help. Other than recommend using Teton order routing. And we do recommend changing to Teton order routing. It is superior to CQG, and is free as compared to $0.10 per side per contract with CQG. You are paying for unreliability. During this time Teton order routing has 100% stable connectivity and logins. It was also not affected at all by the recent Internet issues with one of our ISPs (Cogent). Since it does not use them.
