Tick chart and tick by tick replay issues

I recently upgraded to 1173, then 1174, and am now experiencing errors when I upload historical tick by tick charts. I have attached screenshots to illustrate, including my current data service settings(which haven't changed). Also my replay feature is not working tick by tick, but, rather. only bar by bar. regardless of bar period settings. Please advise.

Uncheck Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

Go to the chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
