Problem with Telegram Messaging App

I've been trying to use the Telegram messaging app to receive alerts and had to install the latest version of Sierra for this Telegram messaging app to work. When I try to install the latest version of Sierra Chart it installs but then crashes. This telegram messaging app is difficult to use and not reliable enough to receive trading alerts. It's not a lot to ask to pay as much as we do for your incredible trading software to be able to receive an email or text alert. It is a very basic requirement of any trading software. I can't figure out why Sierra Chart keeps crashing when I install the latest version.

What exactly do you mean by " crashes". We need to know. And you do not have to use Telegram. Also email alert delivery is out of the question and it is completely unreliable as well as SMS. We are never going to bring those back. Those have always been a problem. Email is simply unreliable, and emails often get blocked, and then we get a damaged email reputation and can no longer send. It is totally and completely out of the question. It is a completely senseless way to send alerts. Email is not designed for it. When you understand, how email works, and reputations. And blacklisting.
