I need to fully activate a trial for your Sierra Chart account.

The standard trial does not allow me to see the charts I am interested in.

User name is Peter Irvin; User no. is 976431

There is also a problem which I have not been able to change. My main email account must be webrangerx@gmail.com and the recovery email webrangeruk@gmail.com but in the account they are showing the wrong way round. Please make the change, it is important that main messages are not mixed with a very busy address.

We have activated the trial for your account.

There is only a single email address that is kept with your account in Sierra Chart. If you change the email on the Login page, it will also change it in the Account Information section of our website. So you will need to choose the one email you want to use with us and set that up in the Account Information page at the following link:
