Trading evaluator - SC froze

Hi SC I was doing some tests on NQ and at some point I entered LONG and after a few points I wanted to exit. SC froze, my SL and target disappeared from the screen and I no longer could flat or cancel. Not even from my Orders window so I restarted SC. Pic attached |

Are you still noticing a problem at this time? We tested this symbol earlier, and did not see a problem on the Trading Evaluator service. Maybe there was a problem with the data feed at that time when we were doing some work in the background on network connectivity during the night. But the data feed would have been restored within 60 seconds.

Not a single issue and never had before. But in this case SC should be able to cancel my order (lets say I was in real trade)... |

There should not have been any trouble canceling an order on the server, it would immediately follow that instruction. So there may have been some network connectivity issue at the time.
