I have an attached trade window, and reset child windows, and clicked clear simulation orders and data and the fills still aren't showing? I am using Rithmic and I heard there was an issue today. Could this be it?

One of the orders is showing mysteriously but the rest aren't? Maybe a loading issue? 🕵️

To start with, clearing the Simulation data will remove all order fills from simulation mode, so you will not see those any further. If you are having an issue with viewing orders fills from Rithmic, then refer to the following for the things to do: Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Chart Order Fills Do Not Display For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
