Hi Support, I experience a lot of automatic ACSIL live trading issues using the Rithmic provided by Apex. My package supports Denali data feed, so if I enable exchange and use the denali data feed and Rithmic trading service, will these issues vanish ? Or to ask the question in a different way, is order status reported on Denali or it will always be reported by the Rithmic trading service. For example: while Trailing a stop, there is always a log message that " Unable to modify order as it is no longer open ......" I think this takes place cause Rithmic doesn't update the actual order status timely ... also the number of current working orders or quantity in position etc ... So, will Denali data feed take charge of the orders status and etc or it will still be coming from Rithmic trading service .. Thanks |

The order status will still be coming from Rithmic. Rithmic is handling all of the order related information. Denali is just the data and does not have anything to do with orders, except in the rare circumstance where you are doing client-side orders and even then it is just about when orders update related to the data.
