Delayed data despite connection

Hi, Ive recently had my Teton connection done by broker & ive added my clearing firm. My data is completely static unless I translate symbols. The issue then is that the data becomes delayed. I have attempted to delete & download data, allow for support from sierra chart data feeds but non of it is working. I am also getting the same issue on every trade service that I try. Thank you. |

You have not setup any exchanges in order to get real-time data from us. Follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* And be sure to set your "Current Selected Service" to "Teton CME Order Routing" and be sure to update your symbols when prompted.
