How to identify which alert number is what alert when using spreadsheet

Hi, I'm generating alerts from spreadsheet and want to know which alerts is which since I want to use chat for remote alert notifications by integrating telegram. For example I want to send the alerts once K column triggered and send the message to telegram. Can I set the alert number to any particular alert generated from TRUE condition in columns from spreadsheet, and of yes, how can I do that? Thanks |
