I'd like to request that chart data (.dly and .scid) be separate from everything else. I'm trying to sync settings across multiple computers so I can have the same chartbooks/layout/symbol settings, etc. on each machine. Having only one data folder for SC to point to means I have to keep all the data for each chart and the chartbooks themselves in the same folder. I'd love to be able to sync only the chartbooks, config files, study collects, etc. in one folder on Google Drive than to have to upload the entire data folder (and the hundred+ GB it contains). If two folders were present you could sync the configs that matter (which are small in size) and have local storage for the .scid and .dly files for the chart/tick data on each machine that wouldn't have to be synced. https://freefilesync.org/ Let's you set up custom sync plans between folders. Skip SCID and DLY, one-way, etc. |

The program (FreeFileSync) is a pain in the ass. I stand with my original feature request. It would be nice if SC could save all chart data to its own folder.
