At this time, there is a problem with the one of the Internet connections for Teton order routing. Our service provider has been notified. We have two additional Internet connections and one of them is now being used as a backup. However, for Sierra Chart to use this as a backup it needs to be an up-to-date version. Not one which is more than six months old. Make sure you are running an up-to-date version of Sierra Chart. We are told this Internet connectivity issue is the result of the Internet service provider Zayo doing emergency maintenance at the CME DC. At the moment the connectivity is back.
