Interactivebrokers and SierraCharts stopped comunicating as of May23

SC v2621 has worked with IB till today May 23.
I updated SC first to the latest version 2642 yet problem of communication was not resolved so I went to the previous version 2621 and still no communication.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
