I have an account with TopStep using rithmic and my charting account is with Sierra Charts using Sierra data. My fills are slipping several ticks on occasion and when I back test my model I get fills on my stops and targets that are way off. I thought it was a disconnect between Rithmic and Teton but that wouldn't account for the back test. I internet was tested so no issues there, any suggestions. TopStep has their own trading software but it takes years to iron out the bugs, so I would like to solve this issue if there is a faster way to handle trades with Sierra Charts.

We can not help with Rithmic issues. But what exactly is occurring during back testing? What kind of back testing are you using? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

autoplay system replay backtest My trading study sets the stop and the target on trades and results show several are hitting their targets but it's not recorded. So instead of a small gain or lass the position might be held for a longer period. so my trade executions are being processed completely by rithmic, not Sierra sending them to Rithmic? |

If Trade Simulation Mode is disabled, orders will be sent to the external connected Trading service. Not understanding your question. Obviously Sierra Chart is sending orders to Rithmic when not using Trade Simulation Mode. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
