I have 2 footprint charts. My original chartbook (Green) one I set up and one downloaded from a different chartbook user (blue). I went through and copied all my values into the blue one. However, even with all my values, I seem to be getting some different results as you can see in the screenshots provided. I even went as far as making my (original) green settings as default and loading them into the blue chartbook and I am still getting a different result from my original.

We are not seeing anything different in the data for the times you highlighted. In particular, for the time of 13:25, we see the following in both charts: - Delta: 1640 - Total Volume: 1662 The same is true for the time of 15:10. Also, the delta values in the Numbers Bars are also exactly the same. Sorry I was talking about the darker green shade in this photo from the studies. I set default my original chartbook studies and placed it in the blue chartbook. I can't figure out why I am getting different highlighted sections than my original chartbook even with both studies having the same values. My apologies on the mix up.

First, you need to look at what the Input for "Determine Maximum/Minimum Values for Background From" is set to. If this is "All Data", then you need to see if both charts have exactly the same data. Meaning they have to both start at exactly the same time, otherwise you will see differences in the coloring since there could be different Maximum and Minimum values. Refer to the information for this Input in the following section: Numbers Bars: Numbers Bars Calculated Values Input Descriptions Then you need to check the other Inputs that affect the coloring, in particular the "Percent Compare Thresholds" and make sure they are also set exactly the same. Everything is exactly the same. In the new screenshots, I set my original chartbook number bar calculated settings as my default and placed them in the blue chartbook and vice versa. As you can see in the blue chartbook it is still being highlighted at certain numbers. Ive been at this for hours going through every setting and cant figure it out.

Are the colors setup such that you can not differentiate the settings between the blue colors? If you still can not figure it out, then please get us the Chartbooks that have these charts in them and we will take a look. No so pretty much on my original chartbook I have it set for certain delta thresholds to be highlighted so its something to pay attention to. On the blue one there are more delta thresholds being highlighted compared to my original. When I load my studies set from my original into the blue chartbook I have these issues but when I load the studies set from my blue chartbook into my original I dont have these extra thresholds being it. All the highlighted delta values from my blue chartbook should match my original but the blue one is not matching up. For Example the 10:40am delta values. On my original its not highlighted but on my blue one it.

The issue is that you have a different number of days loaded in each chart. Blue has 10 days, whereas Green has 30. As we pointed out in Post #5, having a different set of data will give you different results since you are determining the Min/Max from all the data. Therefore, there is a different Min or Max for the data between the charts.
