I do know Sierra doesn't allow replay on daily time frame candles, but is there a where I can Identify Let's say Moving Average Cross Over on Daily Time Frame and use that as signal to trade lower time frame for example let's say 30mins or 60 mins, that is work with multiple timeframes, I know how to work with 240 mins and 60 mins but I am not able to figure out the same on daily, because that chart doesn't replay

You can definitely do what you want, as you note you will just not be able to view the replay. Another option is to setup a Daily chart using the Intraday Data. Then that chart can be replayed. But this is different data from the Daily data, so make sure you understand the difference to ensure you are getting what you want.
