Hello, I've purchased Integrated Advanced Service Package 11, hoping to get Live Data and also Footprint Charts. I have connected my Interactive Brokers account (Money deposit has not entered account yet). In the "Activate Services" page and under Account Notes/Action Required, the error "Notice: You have no exchanges enabled for renewal on the Denali Exchange Data Feed service" pops up with a link. Following the link, it brings me to the data feed page where I have many options with different pricing. Does the Service Package 11 not include Live Data? If not, which one am I supposed to activate for my needs? |

Does the Service Package 11 not include Live Data?
The only real-time data available with any of the packages is for FOREX, CFD, Crypto Currency, and Market Statistics. If you are wanting real-time data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, or U.S. Equities, then you need to go through the setup for the exchange you want and eventually activate and pay for that data. If not, which one am I supposed to activate for my needs?
