Hello, I am using Rithmic for APEX prop firm and I am not getting any historical data downloaded since the last time I had my charts open. This just started happening this morning after working for over a month now. I also have Denali data activated for my account and would prefer to use that data feed instead of Rithmic. In my Data/Trade Service Settings I have the current Selected Server set to Rithmic Direct - DTC and the Server List as Apex-Chicago Area-Non-Aggregated and the trading username and password set with my correct Rithmic username/password. I have set the username and password for Market Data and Historical data fields and I have also left them blank to see if historical data would load and it hasn't. I have also connected back to my broker to authorize the CME group data as noted in the "Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement" support page. I do not get the permission denied error for downloading historical intraday data. I am not sure how to proceed so I can download historical data from the last time I had my charts open. I would prefer to use Denali Data feed instead of Rithmic data but obviously I am doing something wrong. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-05-17 14:35:57

Nevermind, this post can be deleted. I deleted all my .scid and .dly files and re-downloaded the data and I am getting all historical data now.

Make sure these are blank: I have set the username and password for Market Data and Historical data fields
Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes. If you have changed this setting, then reconnect to the data feed after by selecting 'File >> Reconnect".
