Moin Moin. Unlike "Apparent gaps in data when using Market Depth Historical Graph I have gaps, which come every few minutes for ZNm24-CBOT. As far as I understood it, the live DOM-data is the same for the DOM-Chart as well as the Market-Depth-Historical-chart. But as ZN-papers do tend to just sit there for even a minute, the missing data is difficult to spot in DOM. So, may I ask, what You think about the black zones right in the middle of the Heatmap∕Market-Depth-Historical-Graph of "Gaps in DOM for ZNm24-CBOT in Heatmap∕Market-Depth-Historical-Graph and maybe in DOM-Chart.png" . This does not happen for ESm24-CME. (And I have configured the download in the global symbol-settings for ZN just the same as for ES). _Tschüß, __Michael. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-05-17 12:48:31

You should not notice this with fixed timeframe bars. Try changing to fixed timeframe bars like 5 minutes per bar. Another thing to do is disable this: Chart Settings: Split Data Records (applies to Number of Trades, Volume and Range charts) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Chart Data menu) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
