Hey guys, My mthly vbp is missing the data from days including 211104 - 230311 I've provided screen shots with the crosshairs showing the break. I've provided screenshots for chart settingsexcept im limited to one of those. I've tried many settings and have deletd all data and redownloaded etc. Advise pls? Thank you :D |

I've painstakingly done what you suggested and gone carefully through every step 3 times. It hasnt solved the problem. I've now realised this is effecting other monthly charts. NQ screenshot attached. As you can see from following your instructions it is now easy to see the missing contracts. There are more/different missing contracts from NQ than ES? I dont know if that helps understand the situation. What next please? Thx |

Ok so i am able to get all the contracts to show in chart when using Historical Chart. Obviously this doesnt give me the volume intraday profile data i am looking for on my studies. It is only when switching to Intraday Chart i am losing contracts (the Intraday Chart setting was provided to you on original screenshot). Maybe this will assist getting to the answer? Please advise. Thank you. |

Maybe the historical Intraday data downloads are failing. Therefore, set this to 10 seconds or higher: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) And then follow through the instructions here again: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data And be sure to download data for all of the contract months.
